Emmanuel Verhaaren - Air Division Manager - Founder - C.E.O. Emmanuel Verhaaren holds Airline Transport Pilot Licence since 1994. His passion for aviation was transmitted by his father before becoming a full-time job. At the age of 16th, he obtains the glider Private Pilot Licence, then the aircraft and the UA Private Pilot Licence at the age of 17th. Emmanuel flew on a big variety of aircarft, such as military, UAs or airliners. In 1983, he ranks second in the championship of France of the aerobatics. So after his military service in the French Air force, he becomes an aerobatic flight instructor. He operates mainly in the business aviation until 1995 combining 5,000 flight hours among which over than 4,000 hours as pilot in command. In 1995 Emmanuel joins the Principality of Monaco and its yachting sector integrating an agency specialised in yachting as manager. In 1999, Emmanuel and his sister Véronique win the Junior Chamber International of Monaco "Corporate Challenge" with their business-plan of creating a company of production and of distribution of films. EGV Productions was born. Meanwhile, the passion for air of Emmanuel becomes a leisure again. Founding 7 Heaven Management in Monaco with the support of his brother, the naval architect Thierry Verhaaren, appeared a very natural idea. It was until then impossible to the clients to find aicraft and naval expertise gathered at the same address |

Thierry Verhaaren - Sea Division Manager - Naval Architect Consultant Thierry Verhaaren is a chartered engineer of the “Ecole Centrale de Nantes” where he studied naval hydrodynamics and naval architecture. He then managed the build and trials of Batral type light landing ships in the Chantiers de Normandie shipyard in Rouen, for the French and Gabonese navies. After a period as research and development engineer and then naval architect at the Ateliers et Chantiers Maritimes de Honfleur, he moved to the naval architecture office at Constructions Mécaniques de Normandie in Cherbourg, which he headed from 1999. Amongst several other projects, he designed Destriero, eight fast missile boats that were part of the Garoh program for the Kuwaiti Navy and 70 m missile corvettes for the UAE Navy. |

Jacques Conzales - Fleet Manager - Naval Affair Consultant Merchant Navy Captain, Jacques Conzales is a well-known figure in the Superyacht Industry. Over the past twenty years, Jacques Conzales has held the positions of yacht captain, project manager and representative for numerous yacht owners - notably involved in the construction of 50 metre plus yachts (Oceanco, CMN, Benetti). His advisory roles for owners often required him to co-lead the legal and fiscal casework with French and international maritime law firms. Following on from this, Jacques Conzales joined the Group Sud Moteurs, as Development Director, where he created the “Yacht Refit” division for one of their subsidiaries in Marseille. Certified ISM – ISPS Auditor for Bureau Veritas, Jacques Conzales is also a highly qualified Consultant for the Sale and Purchase of Yachts. He also holds position of President of French association of professional yacht crews (GEPY). |

Karim Al-Bedri - Emirates Office Representative Captain Al-Bedri has over 30 years experience in the aviation sector. He brings a depth of knowledge in the industry, that ranges from airline captain for some of the worlds renowned international carriers, such as the Singapore Airlines group, SN Brussels Airlines, Air France and Lufthansa, to co-owner and Flight Operations Director of Millennium Airlines and V.P.O of Al-Jaber Aviation. Captain Al-Bedri is also currently the C.E.O. Of 7 Kings Holdings, an aviation consultancy business. His professional background has enabled him to both fly and operate airlines within Europe and the Middle East and to conduct aviation related business within these areas and the Far East. |

François Lavallard - South America Representative Former Senior Officer in the French Army, François Lavallard is a graduate engineer from the French Military Academy Saint-Cyr (equivalent to Westpoint), and a graduate of the French War College. Holding a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from ESSEC Business School (Paris), he settled in Colombia in 2013, a country from which he now develops, thanks to LVD Consulting, a company incorporated under Colombian law of which he is the founder and CEO, business for French companies in South America.With a perfect command of the Spanish language, François represents from Bogotá the relay for 7 Heaven Management’s team in South America and the Caribbean. |

Yarub ALZONI - Emirates Office Representative - Charter consultant Experienced advisor in commercial charter with strong skills and proven experience in Airliner and AOC , Yarub has necessary know-how to plan and understand of how to match market demand and supply.
